SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 15, 2026
These SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging program operated by the Law Office of Randall Chamberlain (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. SMS Program
By providing your mobile telephone number and separately opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive text messages from the Law Office of Randall Chamberlain concerning your immigration matter and our communications with you.
Messages may include appointment reminders, case-related updates, requests for information or documents, electronic-signature invitations, invoice or payment-related notifications, and other administrative or service-related communications concerning your matter.
Message frequency varies depending on your matter, the services you use, and communications between you and our office.
2. Consent Is Not Required for Legal Services
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of retaining our services. You may communicate with our office by telephone, email, postal mail, or other available methods without consenting to SMS communications.
3.Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
4. How to Opt Out
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us, except where necessary to process your opt-out or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
